(ii) Cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messgaes received or transactions entered into through this service
(iii) Unauthorised access to or alteration of Member's transmissions or data, including but not limited to damages or loss of profits
(iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
 

4. LAWS
The Productive CMS Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama
